Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is free! We will gladly provide you with return provided you meet our return and exchange policy criteria.

Please note that if you have received damaged or defected goods then please contact our client services within 48 hours of delivery. No request for return / exchange will be entertained after 48 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is the Legend Amrapali Return and Exchange Policy?

Legend Amrapali wants you to be completely delighted with your jewellery purchase. In case of a return, the product shall be returned by you in exact way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and with original label).

Legend Amrapali offers Return and Exchange and/or Refunds in the following manner:

1. Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is:

  1. Damaged in transit;
  2. Defective order;
  3. Deficient spurious;
  4. The product is not of the characteristics or features as advertised on the Website. Provided however, the same will not include any claim pertaining to any minor change or variation in design or colour as the same are inherent for handmade products.
  5. For orders to be delivered in India, the product is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule except in event of force majeure (as defined under Terms & Conditions).

2. Provided Legend Amrapali team gets an intimation from you within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will be done ONLY in the following case:

  • Genuine quality issues
  • Product damaged in transit.
  • In case Tribe Amrapali discovers that a wrong product has been shipped to you.
  • In case the product is defective or deficient spurious.
  • The product is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule except in event of force majeure (as defined under Terms & Conditions) (for orders to be delivered in India)
  • The product is not of the characteristics or features as advertised on the Website. Provided however, the same will not include any claim pertaining to any minor change or variation in design or colour as the same are inherent for handmade products.

3. NO Refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  2. Failure to deliver after 3 attempts by our respective courier agent.
  3. Package refused by recipient.
  4. Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  6. If the product is not faulty or damaged.

4. The question as to whether a product is eligible for return, exchange and/or refund under the Return and Exchange Policy will be determined by the Legend Amrapali.
